Tonya Doyle is the Founder of Elite Vein Harvesting Institute (EVHI) and the clinical leader behind its
program delivery and excellence. With over 30 years of experience in cardiovascular surgery, she
brings deep expertise in endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) and high-acuity surgical environments. Her
career began in the United States Navy, followed by earning her nursing degree from St. Petersburg
College. She advanced quickly into surgical assisting, supporting high-volume cardiac programs
performing up to 1,000 procedures annually. Tonya was an early adopter of EVH technology and
became a trainer for Datascope, developing advanced proficiency through years of performing multiple
procedures daily. Her experience spans leading health systems across Florida, Virginia, Texas, and
Missouri, including collaboration with nationally recognized cardiac surgeons. Today, Tonya leads
EVHI’s clinical operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for partner organizations and
patients alike.
